Events

An event represents one photo shoot session. Create one event per day or per location.

Create a new event

From the Home tab, click 'New event'. Give it a descriptive name so you can find it later.

Configure event settings

Choose the language guests will see (English or Finnish) and add any custom registration fields if needed.

Activate the event

Open the event and click 'Activate'. The event's QR code becomes available for guests to register.

Manage your events

View all your events from the 'Events' tab. You can open, close, or delete events there.

Registration field options

In event settings you can enable a phone number field and a marketing consent checkbox for GDPR compliance. You can also add fully custom fields — supported types are text, number, email, phone, date, textarea, checkbox, and dropdown.

💡

Running a single shoot with multiple photographers? One event is enough — all photos can be uploaded to the same event.

Photos are retained for 30 days (Free), 1 year (Pro), or unlimited (Business) after the event ends.
