Terms of Service

This English version is the legally binding version. The Finnish translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.

1. Service provider

Pix.Studio is operated by UI+Ai Oy, ✏️ INSERT BUSINESS ID (Y-tunnus), ✏️ INSERT ADDRESS, Finland (hereinafter "we", "us" or "Pix.Studio").

2. The service

Pix.Studio is a photo delivery platform that enables photographers to automatically deliver photos to event guests via private email galleries.

You must register an account to use Pix.Studio as a photographer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person or legal entity; sharing accounts is not permitted.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the service, you grant Pix.Studio a limited licence to store and process your photos solely for the purpose of delivering them to your guests.

As a photographer, you are the data controller for your guests' personal data. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process your guests' names and email addresses.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Data retention and deletion

Event photos and guest data are automatically deleted after the retention period of your plan (30–365 days). Deleted data cannot be recovered. You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting pixstudio@neonto.com.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability; we will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pix.Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the INSERT COURT — e.g. "District Court of Helsinki", unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice.
